A vacancy now exists within this busy kitchen showroom for an experienced administrator who is looking for part time hours three days a week Monday to Friday.
The main thrust of the role is too support the design team in ensuring the smooth running of the showroom and the accurate and consistent approach in handling all administrative matters These can range from ensuring brochure requests are dealt with expediently through to producing weekly reports for the Regional Sales Manager and regular client contact.
The position is based within an exclusive high street kitchen showroom. The showroom is fast paced and energetic and as such an ability to stay calm particularly at busy times will be an advantage.
On a practical level, you will be expected to have the usual computer skills including an understanding of word, excel and email. This company also works with a very discerning customer so good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner are essential.
